Certified Personal Trainer- Nancy
Group Fitness Classes and individual personal trainings are taught by our resident certified personal trainer Nancy. We specialize in speed, strength and conditioning as well as Functional Movement Screening (FMS). Our approach in helping an individual succeed in reaching their maximum performance always starts with a discussion of GOALS. What do you want to achieve? What do you want to be able to do? How long do you want to be able to do it? Once those goals are established we move to step number two: we will have you perform various functional movements such as squats, lunges and push-ups to determine your starting strengths and weaknesses. This will make your personalized training program accurate and realistic. From there, its time to get to work. With encouragement and positive reinforcement and technical guidance, our trainers will push you and pull you to the finish line of each workout to ensure your GOALS are achieved. That's just what we do. Once we have completed the course of training, its time for the final exam: the re-test of your functional movements and strength. This will allow us a new starting point to set our next goals from. This is our system and it works. Get into our gym and set your goals with our trainer today!
